Deadline to commit to ASPHO for acknowledgment in the printed pocket guide: January 12, 2025.

Feature your company and display your brand message prominently on a window cling in a high traffic area in the convention center.  Attendees pass these spaces to get to and from the general session, meeting rooms, and the Exhibit Hall on the upper level.  Window clings are based upon the square footage of your message.  Price includes production, installation, and removal.

Your digital ad will be part of planned marketing ASPHO email sent to approximately 2,000-4,000 ASPHO members and contacts* for promotion and details regarding current events. The exclusive ad will include your artwork with link to your designated webpage.

Deadline to submit materials to ASPHO: 2 weeks prior to email distribution date.

Marketing emails distribute at least once per week throughout the year.
