The Division Directors Academy is a half-day event held during the conference for approximately 50 highly influential physicians to gather and network. These individuals are leaders of their respective pediatric hematology/oncology (PHO) divisions, providing administrative and financial oversight, as well as oversight of education, research, and clinical service within their health system division.
