The Division Directors Academy is a half-day event held during the conference for approximately 50 highly influential physicians to gather and network. These individuals are leaders of their respective pediatric hematology/oncology (PHO) divisions, providing administrative and financial oversight, as well as oversight of education, research, and clinical service within their health system division. Your sponsorship of this important onsite event will provide great visibility to many of the most important Hem/Onc decision makers throughout the nation.
Your sponsorship will include appropriate ASPHO-created signage at the entrance to the event and in the meeting room during the event and highlighting of the sponsorship within the program slide deck during the session. The Sponsor will have a 2 minute welcome introduction at the beginning of the program and the host of the event will be sure to acknowledge your organization's support verbally at the end of the program. The sponsor will receive a postal mailing list of the program attendees after the conference to use for a follow-up mailer*.
Engage your target audience through a 30-minute talk, demonstration, or video in one of the Education Theater time slots in the Exhibit Hall. This venue is an excellent way to present a new white paper, case study, or the research involved with a new product launch. Each presentation setup will include a screen, podium, basic AV, and seating for approximately 75 plus additional standing room. Presentation schedules will be listed on signage near the entrance to the Education Theater, on the ASPHO website, in the mobile app, plus a verbal announcement in the Exhibit Hall prior to the start of the program.

Your image will be prominently displayed on a vertical wall in a high-traffic hallway of the session level and Exhibit Hall/Registration level. These clings may be placed in multiple locations and with multiple sizes available. See sample images and locations.
Pricing is based on square footage with a $3,000 minimum fee per cling. Pricing will be provided based on the final suggested location and overall size. Material may be a cling, vinyl banner, or foamcore material depending on the desired site placement.
Your message will project onto one of the large open wall spaces within the conference Exhibit Hall during all open hall hours. Nearly all of the conference attendees come into the Exhibit Hall for the exhibits, posters, poster tours, and Education Theater presentations. NEW FOR 2025: An additional exhibitor break has been added on Thursday afternoon for increased visibility.
