Food and beverage stations are highly anticipated by the attendees during conference breaks as a means to refuel and refresh. During exhibit hours a station will be placed near your booth, driving both traffic and visibility. Signage and acknowledgment may also be part of planned food/beverage stations during non-exhibit breaks.
Your sponsorship during this high traffic time will be promoted with a sign acknowledging your support and providing excellent visibility for your organization. You may provide cups and napkins with your company logo at an additional cost.
Deadline to submit materials to ASPHO for approval: March 28, 2025. Deadline to deliver physical branding objects (cups, sleeves, napkins): April 15, 2025.
